Garage Door Openers
Garage Door Operators are inspected during the home inspection. The following items are inspected:
-Inspection of the condition and operation of the garage door operator. Including the mechanical and electrical installation of the operator.
-Operate the door manually and by an installed automatic door control and inspect for proper operation and correct closing.
-Test whether the door automatically reverses during the closing cycle.
-The closing door should reverse to open if it encounters an obstruction such as a child, a toy, a lawnmower or ect.
