Brad spent a total of 7 hours between both inspections uncovering multiple mistakes and took the time to add his own recommendations for improvement for long-term maintenance. Brad was very patient and took the time to answer any and all my questions. He presented me with an detailed easy to read report that was typed right there on the spot with a lap top and backed up on a CD, which even the builder complimented on. I was able to present the inspection report to the builder immediately and gave us the edge in ensuring everything could be handled promptly. I would recommend him to anyone!
