Structural and Mechanical Home Inspections are performed during your option period during the Real Estate Purchase Process. Includes inspection of the structure, the roof (roof will be walked on if accesible), walls, doors, windows, ceilings, attic area, insulation, heating and cooling systems, ducts and vents, water heater, plumbing system, drain system, water supply system, gas supply, fireplace, concrete flatwork (patios, garage, walkways and driveway), electrical system (including main supply, breaker box, all outlets, all interior and exterior light fixtures and proper G.F.C.I. protection), appliances and sprinklers system if present. Includes Thermal Imaging at no additional charge.

New Home Foundation, Frame Phase and Final Inspections are performed during New Home Construction. The Foundation Inspection is done before the concrete slab is poured. The Frame Phase inspection is done when the home is done when the framing is complete and before the installation of the sheetrock and insulation. The final inspection is done when the home is complete either before or after your final walk through with the builder.

1 and 2 year Warranty inspections are performed on New Homes prior to the expiration of the Initial Builders warranty. The inspection report can be sent to the warranty company or builder for repairs to be made. If no final inspection was done on the home prior to purchase this is great time to have an Inspection as all construction defects will be reported. Includes Themal Imaging Inspection also at no additional charge to check for insulation, water intrusion or penetration or other problems behind the walls not seen by the naked eye.
