Prior to being a home inspector I spent over 25 years in the residential and commercial building industry. Most of those years with a hammer in my hand. If the home is vacant, please confirm that all the utilities to the home are on; water, gas and electric. It's always a disappointment if something can not be operated due to lack of power, gas or water in the home. altors. Most of our referrals are from past clients to friends or relatives.
Our wife and mother Heide works in the office and will be happy and able to answer any questions you have. We are a small family-owned company and have time to really understand your needs.
We are available to perform inspections on the weekend also for your convenience and so that you may be more easily able to attend the inspection if you wish to.
We maintain supra keys to make access available.
